What is Parish Medical Consultants?
Parish Medical Consultants is a private-duty mobile concierge nursing company operated by registered nurses. We provide in-home nursing care focused on advocacy, compassion, and family-centered support.
Do you take insurance?
No. We are a private-pay concierge nursing company and do not bill insurance. However, we accept HSA and FSA cards for your convenience.
Why choose private duty mobile nursing?
Because we’re not bound by insurance, you’ll never be forced to discharge from our services. We continue your care as long as you need—focusing entirely on your comfort, health goals, and peace of mind.
Are you a home health or hospice company?
No. We are not home health, hospice, or an emergency service. We are a private-pay concierge nursing company providing ongoing, nurse-led care without the restrictions, visit caps, or discharge requirements of insurance-based programs.
What areas do you serve?

What does it mean that you can do just about anything besides start an IV with a physician’s order?
It means that while Parish Medical Consultants nurses are licensed and highly skilled, certain procedures—such as wound care, injections, catheter care, or lab draws—require an order from your healthcare provider. This ensures your care is safe, accurate, and compliant with medical regulations.
