Carlee Smiley, BSN, RN
Co-Founder & Lead Nurse Advocate
Carlee’s nursing journey began in 2013, driven by a deep desire to care for people during their most vulnerable moments. With experience in trauma, cardiac, neuro, COVID ICUs, then transitioning into home health. She brings calm expertise to every situation. After seeing firsthand the gaps patients face once they leave the hospital, she co-founded Parish Medical Consultants to offer a better way forward—one rooted in advocacy, continuity, and compassion. Carlee treats every patient like family and believes no one should have to navigate recovery alone. She’s also a wife to Justin, and a proud mom to Jacob and Sophia, who inspire her every day to lead with heart and purpose.
Bailee Bagley, BSN, RN
Co-Founder & Nurse Care Coordinator
Bailee’s path to nursing began alongside Carlee, sharing experience in hospital acuity and cardiology. With a natural gift for building trust and a sharp clinical eye, Bailee helps patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. She co-founded Parish Medical Consultants to provide the kind of hands-on, personalized support that’s often missing in traditional home care. Whether she’s coordinating care, communicating with doctors, or simply offering a reassuring presence, Bailee brings warmth, clarity, and dedication to every visit. She’s also a devoted aunt and active member of the surrounding communities.
